Member Highlight: Mark Doudlah, Doudlah Farms Organics
Mark Doudlah doesn’t talk about food and agriculture in abstract terms—it’s personal. A lifelong farmer, his perspective shifted after losing his father, prompting him to take a hard look at the systems behind how our food is grown. That moment continues to shape how he shows up in the industry today.
Now, Mark is a vocal advocate for organic and regenerative agriculture, with a focus on producing nutrient-dense, safe food while reducing reliance on synthetic inputs. For him, the future of farming isn’t just about producing more—it’s about producing better.
He sees a major shift already underway. As consumers become more aware of what’s in their food—and how it’s produced—they’re asking new questions and making different choices. That, in turn, is pushing brands and producers to rethink everything from sourcing to transparency.
At the center of Mark’s philosophy is a simple idea: consumers have more power than they think. What people choose to buy ultimately shapes what gets grown, what gets funded, and what scales. In his view, the next era of CPG will be driven by that demand for quality, integrity, and trust.
For Wisconsin, he sees a real opportunity. With its deep agricultural roots and growing network of emerging brands, the state is well positioned to lead in building a more values-driven food system—one that connects soil health, human health, and business success.
As a Naturally Wisconsin Advisory Council member, Mark brings both urgency and optimism to the table. He’s especially interested in helping the community lean into conversations around ingredient integrity, farming practices, and long-term health—while supporting founders who are building in that direction.
